difference between A and B?

I've beaten leon A and claire A now I'm thinking about doing the B scenarios but leon and claire had pretty similar runs (only big diff was weapons honestly) are the a and b scenarios any different?

Difference is the beginning, the puzzles solutions are different, some items are located in different areas and the ending is different since you fight one extra boss
That's it, everything else is the same

Unfortunately no, in fact there is no such A and B campaigns for each char. Campaign B is same as A but with some percs (different weapons and puzzles rearrangements) and a different start and added final boss and ending.

It worths it though, it is the same but with a twist.

Slightly, you still do pretty much the same but you start in another location, puzzle solutions are slightly changed like not being given all 3 statue solutions at the same time and you no longer find 9mm ammo instead early you are given another pistol that uses it's own ammo type, on the plus side these are a bit stronger over the normal guns but have no upgrades.

And a few amount of items are found in different locations.

Item placement and puzzles are different. The first part is also a bit altered. Last boss available on B side (g5)

Slight changes for enemy spawn point, item resource, different puzzle solution, etc.

There's no B scenario in this game just like capcom said. There's a "2nd run" though but it's pretty much the same.
