I can't find the Signal Modulator.

I am currently at the Greenhouse (Leon Playthrough) And i need to do the Signal Mod. Puzzle thing to open the Low-Temp Testing Lab door. But it turns out i don't have it. Could anyone tell me where to find it? And if the Signal Mod. is in any other level, it would be very helpful to just give me a save file up to that point, cause i'm too lazy to go get it.

Near the Low-Temp lab area is a door that leads to a hallway that leads to a flight of stairs, go up that flight of stairs and you will enter a room, it is there.

Go to low lab area, take the stairway, then head left side until you see signal modulator.
