Diamond key bug?
So I'm at the second run with claire and the zombie that's supposed to have the key inside the morgue doesn't have it.

nvm reloaded my save and I got it now.

Reloading my save didn't help. Restarting the computer didn't help. The only thing I can think of is trying the previous save and hoping the game didn't get corrupted that early.
