just my opinion, but.... non-canon action bulls|-|it! :D
After Part 1, these films existed only so that Anderson could live out a strange fetish with his wife Mila - At the expense of Resident Evil.
The two got what they deserve, an end to this trashy film series. These stupid movies are also a reason why we got re5 and re6 - these action popcorn shooters. (google it for more info and a timeline)

The only true RE films are the canon CGI movies, and all the important characters from there are already in a game.
