Stuck on G Boss Fight (2nd form)

I'm currently stuck on the G boss fight 2nd form in the Sewers (Main Power Room). After I switch the power on, he pops out from above and breaks the door but won't attack me again after. He doesn't attack from above or through the left garage door. Any tips on how to fix this? :\

I'm not saying you have, but if you've done any item spawning, sequence breaking, or are using a trainer of some kind, it might be effecting the natural progression of the game.

If you aren't, then try restarting this section and shooting his claw, which can speed up the section where he's trying to impale you through the ceiling - it might get him moving and proceed to the second stage of the fight.

Otherwise, I don't know what to say. I haven't ran into a bug like this at all, yet.

Hey man, I tried loading the save again and shooting at his claw, didn't work but after I restarted the game, loaded and tried again, it worked.
