STUTTERING FIX!
The problem is the pagefile. I removed the pagefile on windows and could see the game runs smooth but the game crashes due to lack of memory (i have 12gb of ram), activating pagefile again i could run the game but the stutter is there. Funny is that the game uses around 6gb ram here with page file enabled, i think it's some optimization problem.

Edit: The solution is to raise your pagefile, at least put 2x what you have, it fixes the stutter even on the main hall.

DON'T DISABLE IT. I was wrong and if you disable it the game will crash.

Can confirm raising pagefile helped for me with stutter, and oddly enough putting 8gb settings to textures helps with stutter, has something to do with how the textures are loaded in.

Of course not. Your 32 GB RAM can contain entire game from disk. Cache not overflowing.
This is totally useless discussion. If you don't have problems with/without pagefile, keep using/not using it. In most cases influence is not noticable. Everyone can do some experiments with it by themself.
These same people incessantly complain of "memory leaks". Seriously do a search on any AAA from Just Cause 3 or newer search the phrase "memory leak" and then guess how many of them have messed with the pagefile.

JC3, TEW, TEW2, FFXV, Dishonored 2, Hitman, and more the list goes on an on. "Omg memory leak! I turned off my pagefile so it would use the faster performing RAM instead! durrrrrr"

Have the stuttering since two days, before it was perfectly running. Seems like an update did something. None of the pagefile solutions worked for me. :(

Is this really working? i mean, increase the page file size?.. i installed the game in another partition (not the windows one) should i increase the page file size of the partition where the game is? or the windows one? (probably a stupid question)

You should leave the page file alone .

Try it and find out. Maybe it works for you, maybe it doesn't. Ignore rob. He's not worth listening to or engaging with...unless you're just winding him up about his receeding hairline, in which case be my guest.

i fixed my stuttering finally, by makin a clean windows 10 install to version 1607! the version before microsoft created this standby memory mess... game recognizes the right amount of vram and it runs smooth as butter now! the pagefile thing didnt do the trick for me since i got enough ram anyway.

I'd love to try that, but if I went through all the trouble of a fresh install and that ♥♥♥♥ still didn't work I'd go Stephen Paddock mode.

How you do that man?

Also the thing about a fresh install is windows already starts to auto update in the background afterword.

i disabled my windows update with O&O ShutUp10, i wont be updating my build number now since they really screwed up performance after 1607. I was really suprised how fast 1607 is running. Even DX12 runs smooth now but since there is no graphical difference between DX11 and 12 ill just stick with 11.

yeah that's brilliant dude, doesn't exactly add much to the discussion when you praise your system constantly.
