Stuck on 2nd New Game Claire

Could use some help - I'm in a fresh Claire B run and I can't find a way to progress anywhere from the east area. The entire first floor is blue now and I've yet to find a fuse, crank handle, or spade key. A few laps around the 2nd floor resulted in nothing either.

The fuse can be found in the break room 1F East Wing, need to go through Watchman's Room to get there.
The round handle, for the shower, can be found in the small office in 1F East Office.

Alright I'm retarded, finally noticed the gate to the east hallway is open.

Spade key is 3F west side, on the table next the the lamp shining on the statue to make a shadow (I think).

Crank handle doesn't exist for Claire. The round one for the steam valve is in the 1F east offices.

I've no idea how you managed to miss any of this.
