Claire 2nd Run, Modulator not there (help?)

Title explains it all, i'm on 2nd run in Claire's story and the modulator is not on the wall where it is on a normal playthough. I thought "hey, maybe they moved it, it is second run after all" but after checking the area map and running through the entire facility multiple times i still haven't found it, is it just really well hidden or did i encounter a game-breaking bug? Googling it returned no results either, they all just tell me it's in the spot i've triple checked already.

EDIT: I found it, really weird too, it's right by the dead soldier but i never picked it up because when i went to pick it up the first time i got a voice log and i thought that was what i had picked up, after passing by later on i tried again to pick up something and noticed it was the modulator. Easy to miss it seems if you think the item you see on the ground is just the voice log cause you don't pay it much mind.

You can find modulator in room that located upstairs just after freezing lab

It's next to the corpse prior to the Y split to the east/west lab.

But if it's not there - check dead guy from Hunk's squad at entrance to main shaft.

Yes, thanks guys, I just didn't see it the first time i passed by the dead guy it seems
