Does Mr. X (tyrant) drop items when you stun him?
Like in the original RE2 does he drop ammo if you stun him? Anybody try going up to him after stunning him? I'm not sure if I should waste the ammo before I know if he drops anything.

Just grab your feet and book it when he's around, not worth wasting ammo on him. He's just there to pressure you.

Nah, his only drops are sorrow and regret.

Just ignore and run away. You can't kill, stagger (much) or hide form him (forver). At a certan point of the game something will happens (won't spoiler)

Mr.X is just.. there to say "Hello there" in an obi-Wan voice.

Ok thanks, then I won't waste the ammo. BTW if you hide in a save room does he go away or will he wait for you outside?

That's a good question, I didn't try it out, but I'm sure he won't burst into your save room, but walk away and wait somewhere close.

Also, he doesn't drop ammo when you stun him, but you gain some, or sometimes even lots of time running away and minding your own business

He doesn't follow you into the save rooms. But he WILL follow you into the RPD main hall, which initially is supposed to be a "safe/save" room. I only staggered him once with the .50 cal, and he stopped being an issue for me after that.

The only "safe room" he follows you in is the RPD main hall, other then that, he cannot use other safe rooms.

So the main hall is semi safe...

He goes away, you can also walk instead of run and he won’t follow you unless he sees you

Ok. Cool thanks. I didn't know if he would just wait ouside the door of the safe room.

Ok. Yea I heard you're safe from him at any save rooms but will he be waiting for you outside the door once you leave the room again or does he wander off while you hide in there?

No he goes into a dumb terminator search mode, he will think you's either gone upstairs or... back the way you just came...

Listen to his footsteps.

Too bad they didn't include the original RE2 music when he shows up. Then again, I guess it would have made it too obvious(ala RE3)....

thats where the original paid soundtrack comes in, which I pre-ordered the edition.

I wasn't impressed with the remake music, so I got the original RE2 Track instead and effects.
