Report a translation problem
Use the scanner thing and follow the cables until you find the thing you can turn on, activate it and pull the lever, then change the path with the switch.
You can see all of this stuff from right in front of the switch, so don't try to look around and die like I did!
Lob a flash grenade at Mr. X and then you'll have enough time to do it all, especially if you get started on it early. Check every corner for power units.

I'm currently at the same part, taking a break. I didn't see a flash grenade in the areas before this so I'll have to do some searching next time, regardless this area in general is kind of epitimizing my issues with the game so far. Lots of enemies in a tight space with no resources and a persistent enemy with gimmicky puzzles that don't expect anything from the player's skill whatsoever.
