Crank not reusable?
Leon playthrough, got the crank after the helicopter explosion. Decided to use it to shut down the steam and got to the STARS office... the crank is not in my inventory anymore? I see it on the pipe, but can't interact with it? Am I stuck?

Guess I missed the other crank somewhere then? The one for the gate next to the helicopter crash? I don't see any other progression points around. Didn't find any keys.
