Dark around corners on monitor?

My screen looks like its super dark around monitor corners, i tried playing with brightness but i cant get it to acceptable level where its not too bright and not too dark. Anyone got a fix?

I tryed to play with dx12 but evrything whent super super dark so i turned down to dx11 and it worked abit b4 it went super dark again after the first zombie cutscene..../sadface

There is a colour setting that might help. Its under the display menu called colour space. It defaults to SRGB. Try changing it to the other setting REC.709. I had issues with it being to bright and washed out and that fixed it.

thats just the vignette, no way to disable it without hex editing the re2.exe or using the fix on the wsgf.org forums

But this will mess with you cutscenes, introducing graphical issues.

Like others have said, it's the vignette. But post a screenshot of it, then we can see whether it looks normal or not.
