What they mean, is that the frame rate might make the game process so fast that events and sequences can become bugged or out of order.
Also for games and nvidia gpus, it seems you have to mess with the nvidia control panel settings to determine which GPU to utilize and dedicate the system to.
Yeah, the demo was like that for me too. It's just annoying.
my laptop has a 1050ti 4gb gpu but game detects only 0.13gb ram lol. its quite annoying.
