CAN'T LAUNCH THE GAME
Every time I try to launch the game it says this error message:

I live in Central Europe and Steam lets me to press "play" button, but the game just won't launch. Does anyone know how to solve this?

Restart Steam Client, otherwise verify integrity game files.

Restart Steam Client, otherwise verify integrity game cache.

I tried both of those things, but still nothing. As you can see in the message on screenshot it says that some file is "locked". What does that even mean?

It's likely a preload issue, uninstall and and re download the non encrypted copy.

I uninstalled the game and when I tried to download it again this happened:

The game started downloading at 19GB/23GB or whatever even though I deleted it and it just stopped downloading the game after like 10 seconds. I've never encountered something like this. Is there a way to delete manually that preloaded part of the game?

Go to where you steam library is, for example {Drive letter}\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\{Game name} and delete the games directory.

I've tried uninstalling the game from Steam, manually deleting the game folder, deleting the download folder from Steam, restarting Steam and my PC and clearing the download cache, but the game somehow always has at least 10.5GB when I try to download it again and the download stays on 0bytes/second. I've lost all hope now.
same here

I managed to download and install it normally, just wait until the download finishes, no matter how long even if the download speed is 0.

Hehe thanks, it worked itself out over 3 years ago. it was just a launch day pre-load of the game problem :)
