Where is my deluxe edition wallpaper?
Everyone having this issue? Because I read PS4 forums some ppl there said that they got it after they preorder, there are even videos on youtube.

You can't install DLC until you can launch the game/the game is released

Wallpaper pack images (and soundtrack files etc) are considered DLC by Steam and can't be accessed unless the game is completely installed with its directory.

what i have seen for ps4 was a pre order theme, not an entire "wallpaper pack" (as steam store says).

This might be of some help, I had the same problem on steam after buying after the pre order date. The site I purchaesd the key from mentioned in the desciption it was still included at point of sale after the pre order date.

The link below mentions this about the wallpapers:

CAPCOM stores the wallpaper package in the installation directory of Resident Evil 2. In this folder you will find the images with different resolutions:
Steam/steamapps/common/RESIDENT EVIL 2 BIOHAZARD RE2/Wallpaper

You can also reach the folder easily via your Steam library. Right click on your installed Resident Evil 2, click on "Properties", "Local files" and then on "Search local files...". An Explorer window opens under Windows. There you will find the folder "Wallpaper".

Yet to check this myself but I have the chris and Jill samurai blade guns visible in my game so assuming this is accurate where the wallpapers will be located.
