Ah, those days when Capcom didn't gave a sh¡t about being "realistic".
Let's continue to make women look more like men...
This ada could pass as a transgender.
Lets give her trenchcoat and sunglasses, she totally blends in with that.
What next? Undercover cop that wears uniform when infiltrating in ranks of drug cartel?
It's quite sad things are so screwed up these days they gotta screw up the video games too.
It's funny when certain people argued that Claire's original costume didn't make sense or wasn't realistic, but then here comes Ada Wrong using high heels and sunglasses in the darkness during a zombie apocalypse (and unlike Leon and Claire, Ada DOES know what she's getting into). Talk about being realistic.
Sure it did, and I quite liked it except when it went too far. But then with RE7 they started with that serious and realistic and polititally correct characters speech, which is kinda contradictory here because apparently they tried that with Claire but did the opposite with Ada.

i have been mistaken....stupid media.
I hope at least Tofu can keep his sharp curves.
So what do you think it's the reason for Claire's iconic Made in Heaven costume being replaced with this generic SJW heroine outfit other than trying to make her look more believable and realistic?
Capcom said since RE7 that they wanted to approach characters style with a more serious and realistic approach (which they did) so things blend better with the engine's graphics or something like that.
Capcom innovation is what got us to resident evil 5 and 6. The port of RE1 remake to steam was a huge success for them and the reason this remake is being made. Just when we thought that they were finally making classic games again, don’t fix something that works very well.
I think most of us want exactly the same game as RE2 with improved graphics and a few new rooms/puzzles. This is a reboot, not a remake.
I don’t want Capcom to reimagine one of the best games ever made, it will only get worse.
Innovation is what led to RE4, because despite being a sh¡tty RE game it was a very innovative game for its time. 5 and 6 barely innovated.
But anyway that has literally nothing to do with my previous comment. I was talking about costumes and looks; and fancy/unpractical/eye-candy/unrealistic costumes existed in the series in both classic and more recent RE games, it wasn't until RE7 that Capcom decided to go with a more serious and realistic costume design.
Well, bad news for you then, because RE2 "Not a Remake" is in fact a reimagining according to devs themselves: https://www.relyonhorror.com/in-depth/interviews/e3-2018-interview-resident-evil-2-producers-yoshiaki-hirabayashi-and-tsuyoshi-kanda-explain-how-they-do-it/
Good job on repeating what I already said. It is NOT a Remake that we asked for.
I don't care about Resident Evil 4, I put the first 3 games above it. And I don't want another RE4 in Resident Evil 2
