Alas, we still await the second coming of our lord and savior, the spiritual successor to Endless Ocean. A false messiah, although it never claimed to be one.

In all seriousness though this is quite a relaxing dive that controls fairly well, it's fairly enjoyable, I'm learning a lot of interesting stuff about whales and it has some good scripted moments but it doesn't have the open world exploration feel of Endless Ocean.

Ok cool. I've bought half a dozen diving games, most of them early access, in the hopes of them being another EO:BW, so I'm kind of burned out on buying games just on the hope. :/

no its nothing like endless ocean...something we're all waiting for... a lot shorter and not as imersive (sorry, not a native speaker)
