remap keys ?

Hi, I'm French, using an AZERTY keyboard layout.
WSAD is classic for QWERTY keyboard layouts, used in UK and US, but not relevant for me.
I need to remap it to ZSQD, but it looks like the game doesn't allow to reconfigure that.
Any advice ? Thank you !

As well as players who just have wierd noodle fingers that cramp up with the wasd keys too close together.

+1. Keymapping is the most basic option today one should expect, and an essential one for good immersion (bad pun intended) in the game.

Fully agree with maclain. Game is useless without key-mapping. I'm left handed as are many. Bought it, waited a few weeks before checking it out, now it's useless to me. They were "looking into it" in 2020?? very disappointing.

I also got it from Epic for free. If I had bought it here, I probably would have requested a refund within 2 hours. The control settings are a horror. Neither Xbox One nor Xbox360 controllers work as specified, and other controllers don't work at all because of non-existent mappings. This is probably because I have other controllers connected to the PC, such as pedals via USB. But honestly, a game that can only be played by crawling behind the PC and disconnecting unused USB controllers from the PC can only be alpha version!

I got it from Epic for free, i'm french too and it would be great to change the keys from AWSD to QZSD. I'm kinda sad to see that the devs didn't do anything since their last comment 3 years ago. There is still someone or you let the game do it's own life after finishing it ?

For those who need, you can do like me and change your keyboard (ALT+MAJ) while waiting them to fix that.

Been 2 years and what comes out from your Look Into ? I just sent you mail about the same question as you suggest and now I'm start to doubt will I receive anything

Agreed, instant fail as you can't remap the keys.

I'm left handed and always use the the numeric keypad for WASD replacement.
