How to get silver cards ?

If I build level 4 of the training center, will silver technics automatically appear to hire? I need silver players, but I, only, can hire bronze staff and without silver cards I can't improve silver players. Someone can helpe me please? Thanks!!!

Of course from your Trainers, you had to Level them with Trainers Cards, you get them from successful Interviews and Manager goals, and sometimes from these Events.

If your Teamlevel is high enough, you will also find Silver Trainers, if you need Silver Players but don't have any Trainers yet, invest in the Scout and watch the Maximum Potential of the Players and only buy Silver Players at the Maximum Potential.
So you don't have to Level them and you increase your Teamlevel at the same Time.

Also sort out weaker Players, they pull your Teamrating down :O

Im sure that a higher Training Center dont have a positiv effect about that.

Yeah upgrading the training ground will just reduce the cooldown timer for (silver) cards, you will still need a silver Skill trainer first before those cards become available.

Hire a coach close to 50 in rating if you have the Skill trainer cards to upgrade him to silver, if not keep improving your team by upgrading the players from bronze to silver. Once your average team rating is around 50 the silver coaches become available to hire.

Yes and another Tip is, never use your Coach Cards as long as the Happiness Factor does not fall below 80, so you collect the Cards and it is totally enough to avoid any Happines Problems.

Too low Coaches are not worth Leveling (Beginning of the Game), Level your Team get the better Coaches (Let Contracts Expire) and then Level them ;)

How i said give only a Card if ther drop under 80.
