Gold Rating Staff

Is there possible to hire a gold rating staff?i seem not found it in market, just silver and bronze rating

You can only attract Gold rated staff when your squad is good enough for them, so in order to get a gold staff member you probably need a high silver rated squad. does that make sense?

C'mon Bill what's happening??? I end up sacking coaches because they don't develop quick enough - even they become concerned????

You should be collecting plenty of coaching cards to train your coaches just through normal playing. In some instances it's an easy way to jump a coach from silver to gold or gold to black.

Sorry Bill there isn't enough coaching cards to be able to do that - just in the same way that there isn't enough skill cards to keep every one happy?? There are no "Skills" coach cards, lots of "Training" cards, 1-2 "Youth" cards and a very very occasional "Physio" or "Scout" so some where in the cross-over your version of the game is entirely different from my experience of the game?? I appreciate that it is a very fine line trying to balance all of the ratio's and string lines/cool-down variants, but something needs to be tweeked in order to balance the game between the card production and the real-time skill card production in game?? I am now up to 256hours so I am hoping that my respectful reply is based on my game experience. A lot of specific coaching cards are as rare as the goal keepers cards, (rocking horse excrement comes to mind)??

I hear what you are saying and I appreciate your respectful reply. I've just loaded my PC save up from the latest career I've done and I have plenty of cards to play on all my coaches (at least half a dozen for each coach) and all the careers I've played (which trust me is a lot) I've never struggled for coaching cards. Goal Keeper cards are like hens teeth though, looking into what we can do about that. I'm wondering if something has gone wrong somewhere on your career and it's stopped generating the cards for whatever reason. I will ask the coders and see if they have any ideas why this might be happening.

Thanks Bill I know I'm a pain, but absolutely loving the game otherwise?? Started a new team at least 5 times, (if not more?), but definately no "extra" coaches cards and definately no where near the amount you suggest. It's a real pain, starting with the tutorial all over again, but will delete everything and re-install from scratch. Will check back with you on review.

Are you getting the extra cards from levelling up, getting press conferences right and hitting board targets? Those are the 3 areas that you get staff training cards from.

Hi Bill gaining cards from the levelling up and occasional dilemma decision. Played first 11 games second season and covered the tutorial section, (first season). I already have my fitness coach, skills coach and scout winging about the lack of development, (1 card each)?? I have had 4 cards for the physio and 4 cards for the youth coach, with long gaps between training for the other three. Bless you certainly not collecting anywhere the amount that you suggest? Thank you for your support.

Hey Bill another 12/13 games in and only 1 fitness - 1 youth, 2 scout and 1 physio card in all that time. A big fat 0 skill cards for the skills coach. Had to pacify him twice for not being developed. Again no where near the amount of cards that you are stating and definately no where near enough cards to advance my coaches at the rate being quoted by your good self?? 1 "skill" card being offered by the skills and fitness coach for the players training even when on cooldown?? Is this a short number as well?

Bill next 12/13 games again only 5 coaches cards with no "skills" coach card again??? almost half a season and only 2 skills coach cards in that time??
