How to Keep My Team Player Happy???
I just played about 15-18 matches, no loss, and my players want to develop their skills, but I haven't got so many skill cards, and they become concerned and the happiness decreased.
The low happiness the have, the result is they don't want to play, or low performance, or they don't want to extend the contract and so on.
So how to keep my player always happy?

If you've not already done so, might I suggest having a read of this guide:- https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1540480689

It's a balancing act for sure. Early on you might want to have some players in your squad who have already reached their potential, they will never complain about training. Also, when you get really stuck with a player consider using a meeting card as these can get reset a players concern in 1 particular area.

Hitting board targets, getting interview questions right and turning in achievements will reward you with extra cards. Make sure you have a decent sized squad in the first few seasons and don't be worried about rotating players and letting players go when they are too much of a handful to keep happy.

Thanks for the reply, I have read this guide, but still got some questions:

1. Skill cards should be on 1-2 key players or be on the those players who are not happy?

2. How many months per season? 40m?

3. If I train a high potential player, and he becomes very expensive, when the contracts end, and I don't have enough money to extend his contract, how should I do? To sell him?

I found that most of old players have reached or only a step to reach their potential, so maybe they won't easily be concerned about the starting lineup, management or something like this. But young player, especially the high potential young player is hard to train because you need to feed a lot of cards and even at last you will sell it. I am confused about this point.

There's no magic bullet here and many different play styles work, you have to decide how you want to build your team up. Having said that, regarding your questions.

1. You can't keep everyone happy all the time, so concentrate on your key players with the most potential and keep them happy. For example if you have 3 goalkeepers, concentrate on keeping your best keeper happy, you can always get rid of your other goalkeepers when they become unmanageable and buy a new one.

2. Depends on where you are playing. Some countries you play more games than others.

3. If you get into that situation, you can use contract cards (you get these from time to time, so save them for your most expensive players) or sell them, you will usually be able to buy cheaper than you sell for a similar quality player. Never get to the point where you can't sell a player because the transfer window has closed, because if their contract runs out you will get nothing.

Long term you need to be concentrating on your youth development and getting great players from the academy. Play them as a sub for 10 appearances and you will be able to sell the ones that don't fit into your team. This is a great cost effective way of building your squad up in the long term.

1. I use them to keep players happy that are starters at first. If I have extra, I try to develop someone that I will keep. But, I am season three, and seem to have very few that I will keep. I have been promoted every season and most veteran players are just not good enough for the next league.

2. 40m is 40 matches. Each team plays each other twice in a season. Teams also play cup matches.

3. The trick is to extend the contracts before you develop them. The contract cost goes up for every card used on development. Also, sell before they hit 20m as that is when their value decreases.
