General Questions

How do I join a private match with my friends?
To join a private match, you must type in the exact same "Room Name", "Room Password", and "Room Region" as your friends. Then, simply click "Join Private Match". You can have up to 10 players in a room, so invite the whole crew!

How do I join a public match?
Unfortunately, this game does not support public matches, or public lobbies of any kind. However, there is an unofficial Discord server with hundreds of people in it, so that you can find some private matches, and even make some friends! You are more than welcome to join. I want more content or features!
Please feel free to email us with any suggestions. We know that the game is very bare-bones, and that it could definitely use more content and features. However, for this specific game, we are not planning on adding any features or changes at this point. Instead, we are focusing development on our next game, which we think is gonna be really special! By supporting this game, you are supporting our future titles, and we thank you tremendously for your support!

How do I shoot my gun?
You have to spin around in a circle to light up the red light on your gun, and then click your left mouse button to fire.

Is there any way to play this game single player, or even practice?
As long as you have a solid internet connection, you can create your own private lobby, and practice hitting a support beam from across the map, or something. That can actually be really good practice. See our Steam store page for more "Pro Tips".

Can I play this with a controller?
Nope, sorry.

This game makes me dizzy or sick.

Technical Questions

I can't seem to join my friend's private match.
To join a private match, you must choose the exact same "Room Name", "Room Password", and "Room Region" as your friends, and then press "Join Private Match".

When I try to play, it just says "Connecting..." and then boots me to the main menu.
This game requires a solid internet connection to play. If the above bug is occurring, it's almost certainly a problem with your internet connection or firewall. If your internet is bad, then there's little you can do to fix it, because the game aggressively boots players with bad connections. However, if your firewall or antivirus is the problem, then you may need to make an exception in your firewall software, or even disable those services temporarily.

My framerate is capped at a weird value. Is this Vsync or something?
Right now, the game is supposed to be capped at 60 fps in the code, even on higher refresh rate monitors. However, we are actually planning a patch to resolve this, and add in optional Vsync, like what is standard in most games.

My controller doesn't work.
Sorry, only mouse and keyboard is supported in this release.

Rebinding my keys doesn't work.
Woops! We kinda screwed up that entire input rebinding menu, essentially. Resetting everything to the defaults should fix any issues. Sorry about this. We genuinely want to do better next time around.

I'm having problems installing the game.
We're sorry to hear that, but it should be an easy fix! As long as you have Windows 10, which is what this game requires, then any download or installation problem is likely a problem with your installation of Steam. Please check out this article. My camera is constantly spinning right or left.
Do you have any controllers plugged in? Do you have any joystick or gamepad software running? Try unplugging or disabling that stuff.

My framerate is really bad.
Is your game above the minimum requirements on our store page? What quality settings and resolution did you choose? In the future, we may optimize the game slightly more. But for now, if you meet the minimum requirements, you should be able to play on lowest quality settings, at a reasonable resolution.

Competitive Questions

How do I know if someone is cheating?
For serious matches, the only way to know for sure, is to have all players record both of their gameplay, and actual video of their hands. This unedited footage should then be received by a neutral judge within 1 hour. Any use of external scripts, programs, or hardware to aid in mouse movement, beyond the normal and standard functions of a mouse, is considered cheating. Any memory hacking, or editing of the game files, is also strictly forbidden. The judge is also able to alter the definition of "cheating", alter the time for footage submission, or alter any part of their judging process, as long as they specify this in a clear way to all players before the match takes place. If a player is caught cheating, this should nullify the results of the entire match for all participants.
