Issue at the Garden Scene

The following items are in my inventory:
bleu, green and yellow roses
caged rat
knife
gloves

At the garden scene I select the gloves and hover on the vines (all five) but no glowing area so I cannot remove them.
Let me know, if any, files / info you require.

I have created two more characters and they are blocked at the same garden scene.
I also deleted and reinstalled.
Unless I get some sort of an answer I'll be asking for a full refund

this doesn't work for me either, the garden scene in no way reacts to the gloves, what am I doing wrong?

you have a few more steps to complete before they work. I had the same problem but continued on anyways and after doing some more steps it finally came to the gloves and they worked. At the stage your at now, it's not needed yet is my guess, just like it was with me.
