Take a moment and actually research that Trojan virus. Antivirus programs do not flag that for no reason. In this particular instance you are just wrong. The likely scenario is the developer had this Trojan infect their computer out of sheer negligence and it hid itself in their update. This is actually a common thing.

I know what a trojan is, it tries to trick you, but the antivirus software sees the program and thinks its dangerous because something it there looked out of the ordinary. It's called a false positive. No antivirus is perfect, while they can find any virus, they might slip up and choose to accuse a harmless file.

Also. According to the developer:
"Its not a virus. Its a Steamwork Builder library from official Steam site."

Yeh, I think I'll believe the antivirus in this case, this wasn't a false positive. I've worked in cyber security for a long time and this isn't normal. You are free to believe what you want, you've been warned.
