How to unrent a property?

I just upgraded from Maple to Gaudi residence but i don't know how to stop renting maple. For my past properties, I simply stoped paying the rent it but due to the new bill paying app, it always pays the bills automatically. Does anyone know how to stop paying rent via the app or how to simply cancel the cotnract for the property?

It's designed so that when you rent the apartment, you have to pay the bills until the seven day term is over. You can toggle the auto-renew in the "Manage" tab of the real estate application.
