Is there a way to disable the Adult Content Censorship?
In the sex scene you can't see anything down your neck through the black bar

The DLC is still there.
It is very likely that, like me, it will not be displayed due to the Steam country lock.

I'm from Germany and couldn't download it the normal way.

Yeah you Germans have a law that prohibits sexual stuff on Steam, unfortunately.

Definitely no.
In that regard Germany is quite liberal.
But there are strong requirements for age verification. For which steam has not found a system to deal with without legal risk. And they are just to lazy to improve it, afaik. :-(

Go to the Metro Slim Hustle Shop site, and scroll down to the DLC section.
There should be the uncut DLC

Lol. Previously I concluded I don't have the DLC and will never get it (since in Germany).
But it has been added to my account on 2020-05-06. And it is working as intended.

(It is also visible on the library page of the game on the right side underneath the achievements.)
