Does this game have relationship meters or possibilites

Are the interactions and relationships in depth by any chance. Can your character date, have friends over, build friendships or make enemies. If not this would be really nice to have and add a new element to the game.

Yes this is what I want to see is a relationship tree that let's you date, smash, get married.
