The damage increases as Zephyr levels, though I'm pretty sure it only affects her regular attack. It doesn't do as much as it should with the breach attack nor with the Lockdown attack.

You can only increase it with the skill Pressure Points, which gives +1 damage, and later on she learns to bypass armor with her attacks. Sadly, Pressure Points means you have to skip Lockdown........

Ok then while amazing for most part of the game she is not good enough for the very late game as she does 5 damages when my opponents all have 6+. Alright , well , time to say goodbye to my little star :)

You can always modifiy the gauntlets.
In my game Pangolin gauntlet deals 2-5, upgrades to 3-6
The only thing that bother is that you don't have any critical chance. You could go for 3-6,4-7 and deal as much damage like the highest tiers

Zypher is more useful to stun,root,disable enemies not killing them specially when you unlock the skill to hit 2+ enemies in medium radius which is pretty useful when all of them connect.

but yes need upgrades to her damage.

She may not do 'enough damage' (not really true), but with Lockdown and the AoE attack she absolutely shreds opponents. Consider her breach attack to do 5 damage + lockdown on the poor fool who survives. To me, she's one of the better characters in the game

I haven't tried it but there is a mod for it. Check the workshop. As is, she gets stuck in the workshop for me around the end of the second investigation

i use zephyr mostly to distract, soften up targets and knock units down the timeline
