Do Zephyr's attacks not count as melee?
I played through a mission TWICE using only subdue, smash (axiom), torque's pull and bind, and zephyr's punch attacks. Then I ran the mission again using only Zephyr's punches, smash and bind. Finished both missions and the "Up Close and Personal" achievement still didn't unlock. I got the pacifist achievement on the first run of the mission. Anyone know what gives?

And I didn't fire any guns or throw any grenades in breach.

Torque's pull and bind didn't seem to count as melee for me. I got the achievement using only Zephyr and Axiom and subdue. But to be certain I didn't use Zephyr's breach attack.
