Improved Spec Ops?
Saw my buddy had the ability to have two Spec Ops missions going at once. I'm on the final investigation in the game and haven't seen anywhere to research that.

I am playing on the 3rd difficulty, and he's on the 2nd. That's the only thing I can think of for why I'm not seeing it.

I believe its tied to the research for the Field Ops Unlock Level 3 and you get it.

I'm pretty sure I have that researched because I just upgraded my seconded team to rank 3 right before I got off.

Can anyone confirm on the higher two difficulties that they were able to research Improved Spec Ops?

You need to have a level 3 Security field team to research Improved Spec Ops.
