infinite reinforcements
Yellow missions is the only real thing that piss me off. Shouldnt there be an option whether player want infinite number of enemy reinforcements?

I think they should be removed. It doesn't make sense for the police to run away lol.

Yeah, that bugged me too, but from the other view point, you can abuse the hell out of that for exp if exp is still granted on a per kill basis.

I thought it was infinite too but it eventually stopped sending reinforcements after i took out a number of waves

OK gonna have to try that, I take down 4 waves personally and the enemies still spawned. Even if that was the case its still too much I think.

Came here to say this. These missions are absolutely stupid and ruin the game for me. Hope it gets modded out.

If the mission is recover/destroy something, you should make it before the next wave of reinforcement to end the mission.

I think there is a limit to reinforcements, I purposefully waited on a mission since the entrance for them were next to each other so almost every time they came in overwatch took them out. I have a suspicion that maybe they stop if the game notices they are being tooken out basically on the same turn?
Afterall, 31 captured enemies is a lot lol...sucks no bonus intel...(as in more=more intel, not the generic 20)

Indeed, the escort VIP mission is very immersion breaking. You're an elite paramilitary police unit, in an area full of civilians you're meant to protect, and your mission is to run saving a single person and let criminals rule the streets. Have no idea why such a mission would reduce unrest. A better objective to these missions would be to rescue the VIP, thus stopping the reinforcements (why are the criminals even sending these squads if their target is no longer there?) and then clean up the area.

And somehow you still win the mission if one squaddie escapes with the VIP, while other three lay there bleeding to death.

Awfully nice of the enemies to patch them up instead of finishing them off.

Just because they are criminals doesn't mean they are cop killers. It's good to know there is decency in this world in the year 2030.

This is my one big gripe with this game ... the reinforcement missions don't work:
They don't work with the theme, they don't work because you can run away with the rest of your team lying bleeding on the floor and they don't work because they are just unfun to play ... I just hate them and they pull the whole game, which overall would be not so bad, down by a lot.
Especially if they are forcing you into replaying a mission over again, because you didn't know where the reinforcement comes from or where you have to evac ...
