Multiplayer compound area

I hate to tell you this, but Milestone doesn't add features to their released titles. People have been asking for dedicated server support since MXGP3 (hasn't happened). I'm assuming they built the MXGP engine for Unreal 4, and now they're really just focusing on creating tracks, bikes and riders, and tweaking things with every release. I hate to be THAT GUY, because I'm not some marketing genius, but I don't understand why Milestone doesn't just release a core game (say... MXGP4 if that isn't a thing yet), and keep it updated. They could then release the Supercross seasons as DLC (updated tracks, riders, bikes), but still work on maintaining/improving the core experience. I'm not going to pay ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ $50/$60 bucks a year for the same game. I would however pay $20-30 for a season because I know licensing alone costs a ton of money, but also to support more development for the core game (Better AI, dedicated server support, TRACK IR/VR support, and just general quality of life improvements).
