MONITOR SWITCHING

I had this problem with MESX 1, and now its carried over to MESX 2. I have 2 screens, one PC monitor and 1 40 in 4k TV. This game is the only game that always opens on my TV, rather than my PC monitor. Both are the same specs, but the monitor has better refresh rate. All my steam games open on the monitor, like i want, but this one just won't do it. I have my monitor set as my primary, and it works for everything else.
Anyone know any way to fix this?
