I would say scrap the attack sigil. Since it only provides flat increase while others give you a % increase which gives a better benefit like Tyranny.
The more situation stuff like skilled assault and charged attack can work if you're playing someone like Percival or Eugen who don't have great auto attacks.
With someone like Charlotta or Lancelot who are all about spamming the attack Button then yeah you'll get way more DPS out of stuff like Tyranny, Stam, Crit damage, etc.
Stun and Linked together are also great too. Linked attacks are SUPER strong and stun lets you break parts and stagger enemies faster.
try rolling masteries for dmg cap on your main dmg sources + crit chance, more dmg cap and even attack can be useful depending on character
For sigils:
max damage cap
1 stamina sigil
1 war elemental
1 %dmg sigil (best are combo booster and concentrated fire if they make sense for your character)
optimize for crit chance as close to 100% as possible (assuming you unlocked the % crit dmg bonuses from masteries/collections)
at that point check if youre hitting dmg cap on all relevant attacks
if yes, add supplementary damage sigils (see below)
if no, add a single %atk e.g. tyranny/life on the line
^you can replace %atk sigils with glass cannon if you run glass cannon
with 2 atk% 1%dmg and 100% crit chance youre pretty much guaranteed to hit dmg cap on almost all characters for most attacks even without ascension
by increasing terminus weapon ascension you can then start removing as many of %dmg and %atk sigils as you can while still hitting dmg capand replace them with supplementary damage sigils until 100%.
Notably there are V+ crit chance/stamina sigils that are particularly valuable
if you somehow managed to actually max out your terminus weapon and have all the mastery collection bonuses you have to run tyranny for the terminus weapon trait. Actually not a good choice to do that.
PS: stacking sigils is generally less valuable than the first as most sigils give diminishing returns after rank 15 or have breakpoints. Uplift is one of the few relevant exceptions where going to 45 is good if you can find them as secondary stats.
PPS: flat attack (i.e. not %atk) is useless on sigils, unironically run anything else than that, even defense/health is better
Crit dmg (as per your OP) is also bad because the number these sigils give is way too small and youre already gaining a ton of crit dmg from masteries/collections.

For most characters it will be Damage Cap x4, Tyranny, Stamina, Life on the Line in various mixes.
