Matchmaking and joining up with players is way more unorganized.
- 80% "Network Error"
- 10% "Another player has caneled matchmaking"
- 5% actually matching with people, but then it's a 50/50 whether I actually get in, or a Network Error appears while waiting for the game to load
- 2% "Ready Status has been reset"
- 3% me losing patience and leaving, after the above had been going on for 30+ minutes
Note: Matchmaking is region locked. So playing online outside of peak hours may take a long time to actually get something done. (I spend 2hrs in matchmaking the other day and got nowhere. Ended up cooking and cleaning while waiting.)
The Chapters of the Story are solo/offline only.
Until Maniac it is fairly easy to progress in solo/offline mode with just your AI party.
Maniac and Proud difficulty are possible solo/offline, but will require a lot more time investment to power up your team.
Edit:
The actual gameplay in co-op however is quite fluent. Network Errors only happened about once every 50 runs for me.
Sadly you make your opinion by a troll answer, multiplayer is rly good, it feels like playing anime MH and i played a lot of MH as u can see in my profile
