What is the best team combination from this list?

Between these characters, which 3 would make the best teammates?

I'm maining Id and hes the only one I maxed out at 17000 power, I got 80k mastery saved up and wonder which 3 A.I companions should I max out of the ones listed below

Katalina
Captain
Rosetta
Io
Seigfreid
Caglistro
Charlotte

Which 3 should I choose as my teammate to make the strongest combination?

Out of the ones you mentioned probably charlotte
then maybe Io, Cagliostro and sieg

Io actually fullcharges which makes her die sometimes but also she is one of the few chars that properly uses her mechanic, just bad if she full charges into bloodthirst or just misses entirely

The more complex the mechanics the worse the bot.

katalina bot is awful, the character by itself is really hard to make decent and has a lot of problems but if you let a bot handle it just forget it.

Cagliostro bot doesnt use her charge either and the charge itself is already pretty weak compared to what other chars can do but at least she is mostly functional besides that.

Rosetta is pretty bad at handling her roses. Probably workable if you actively drag the boss into them.

Id bot is the best in my experience.

I also main Id, and I'd recommend
Siegfreid - The AI doesn't handle his skills as good as a player, but still good for AI and he has party-wide def buff.
Rosetta - The AI plays her amazingly, better than some players tbh. Good utility and damage. Do give her the skills that generate/reposition roses though.
Cagliostro - The AI doesn't use her def down debuff (or at least rarely), but handles the rest of her toolkit fine, plus she has heal, ress, and a good party-wide buff.

If your not playing eug he should pretty much always be in your party if your looking for the strongest.

The A.I can be pretty derpy on chasing some bosses around so having ranged A.I makes it better. Ontop of the A.I not being able to miss (Putting the beam attack on him is pretty funny cause it locks onto the bosses head even if its teleporting/flipping around.)

Rose is also amazing for the A.I I think someone even did test where they ran the A.I vs a boss and rose had the fastest time to kill simply because she can just keep tossing her plants under the boss and even if she derps out and does not attack or cant get in range the plants still attack.

After that id have the capt from your list, Just toss random Support skills and such on them and let them play as that. Even if the A.I is terrible at playing the character it just tossing out random buffs/debuffs is good enough.

Out of what you have listed.

Seigfreid for decent dmg + stun value + 70% def buff.
Rosetta for utility/sub-dmg
Caglistro/Io - Either more addition to the buffs or Io for additional damage.

Katalina/Captain their unique mechs are not handled well by AI based on stuff ive been reading and personal tests done.

Either go full ranged or go full CC like slow/ glaciate. If you have terminus or ascension on those 4, with certain break values on your sigils, the enemy could be in a state of CC, break, then SBA, link, break, CC and never move until it's dead.

Just set up your team with the right skills and sigils. The AI is pretty good at utilizing what it gets (also, never give AI Vane his bubble or he will be infuriating LOL )

AI won't CC in correct time like that. AI will always use CC skill when off-cooldown even boss still in break or during SBA. There no way you can do rotate CC, break, then SBA, link, break, CC with bot.
If you not believe me go proto bahamut and record video if you can burst the boss till death (by skip phase) same like real person. pretty sure there no way.

Katalina Io Captain

Kat has great utility, can be built as your defensive support or for damage. On top of having Glaciate which is extremely good.

Io has great damage but might want to give her some Quick Charge Vs. She has Paralyze also which is similar to Glaciate.

Captain is also an easy to slot support, Rage is good if you havent hit damage cap yet, Phalanx + Substitute is great for survival. Captain also has Slow which isn't as good as Paralyze and Glaciate but still decent.

You can do it on selective boss fight, especially those that do not encounter phase change like the golem for centrum farming, griffin for weapon enhancement. Those bosses that have multiple phase change like proto bahamut, pyet-A, evyl wyrm will not work unless you mod the game and defeat it before the 1st phase change.

your telling me its not fun watching him run around to random spots on the map and use his bubble when nothing at all is going on?
