I've just tried some chars on demo but i think the game need more support type character. (as of now it seem to be Io only?).
Nier -self buff melee with death summon burst + single char offensive buff
Europa -team support & healer with burst and House of Thebes
Yugu -mid range full support both offensive and defensive & hp regen
Tiamat -offensive buffer debuffer with speed buff
Orchid -semi-tank with puppet on field as attack pet
Pholia -semi-tank with 2 attack pets, her own one and a teammate one
Anthuria -dodge tank who can dash between her teammate as needed + full support mode switch between offensive/defensive

Rosetta is a support char mostly, also they made skills that even "dps" chars have at least 1 support / buff skill , i m not too worried on that side, plus there are skills trees, guess they ll reinforce the aspect you want.

Cagliostro also (voiced by Sakura Tange yay)

Thanks for info! I saw some chars has support skill too.
I heard Rosetta will be trap user, good to know she will be support!
(I try to not spoil myself as possible until game release, just try demo a bit to feel combat system and general vibe)
Actually the support i meant was more of full party support with just some damage, like Fire Anthuria, Rosetta, Yugu in original game (kinda like D&D cleric or FFXIV healer which are just my preference), but I get also get that the game will be more of direct melee combat.

I want Eustace and Vania aka Vampy!! Eustace because I want more Erunes and he's a personal favorite and Vania because she's also a fave and would make for a great drain team buffer. The dragons like Wilnas and Fediel could be cool too.

everytime they add someone from the group its zeta zeta zeta, sometimes vaseraga and beatrix and even eustace, but ilsa is the leader of the group and gets ignored.

Pretty much any of the other Eternals, 12 Divines, Evokers, Archangels, Grimnir, Sandalphon, Baal, Athena/Poseidon/Shiva, Jeanne d'Arc, Rei, Lich, Fediel.. way too many.

not really because even in Gacha you can recruit characters that are tagged as "Fantasy" for example said Sandalphon in gacha has Grand version, that is not considered canon since it version of him from the past where he was on a rampage against the Primarchs.
