I've just tried some chars on demo but i think the game need more support type character. (as of now it seem to be Io only?).
Nier -self buff melee with death summon burst + single char offensive buff
Europa -team support & healer with burst and House of Thebes
Yugu -mid range full support both offensive and defensive & hp regen
Tiamat -offensive buffer debuffer with speed buff
Orchid -semi-tank with puppet on field as attack pet
Pholia -semi-tank with 2 attack pets, her own one and a teammate one
Anthuria -dodge tank who can dash between her teammate as needed + full support mode switch between offensive/defensive

i never interacted with the granblue IP so dunno, but i vote for more "Katalina" less "Zeta" characters in terms of character design.

His unique feature is his humongous mech but it would be difficult to work that into Relink. Maybe if Relink 2 was designed with bigger maps and bigger enemies like Xenoblade Chronicles X it could work. Without the mech he's just yet another anime swordsman in a game already oversaturated with them.

Seofon/Siete is coming so I don't really have any wishlist.

But if I have to give one, it'll be Threo/Sarasa. She is also one of The Eternals together with Seofon and Tweyen. Her gimmick is to switch between Axe and Sword mode on her weapon, kinda like stance. That way her skills will also have their effect changed based on which weapon mode she has at that moment. She also wants to run at red HP but worry not, she has undying effect for 3 deaths and can cap water damage taken and debuff immunity when she is at red HP (25% and below).

She is simply musclehead with very low IQ LOL. You tell her to fight a stone she will do it. Super primitive, lives in forest and all she wants is to eat dragons. She saw an airship one day thinking it was flying dragon then shot it down. Bottomless belly and loves to eat cakes. Hence her nickname is Cake in the gacha community.
