Basic edition vs Special edition

Normal edition is fine. The special edition comes with a weapon for The Captain, but it's terrible for end game. And 2 extra character recolors. It's definitely not worth the "insert your local currency here" added to the normal base price.

Edit for clarification. You're not missing any costumes or cosmetic (unless you think character color change is a cosmetic) and the only thing you really miss is the Captain's weapon. Which is unfortunately inferior to the acension and terminus weapon in end game.

You buy the special edition if you like the MC's weapon skin. Yeah you can change weapon skin. The other stuff is more like supporting the company.
