I had a Quest in which the AIs didn't go down and all other requirements were fulfilled, it took many tries but I finally got the Trophy.
However guts and improved dodge will help ensuring success, Also at least one of either nimble onslaught, nimble defense or dodge payback to extend their invincibility.
AI will not use any potions, so no potion hoarder needed. But they can use any healing skill effectively; In Lucilius case, having Eugen AI with healing bullet skill is recommended.
Also avoid stout heart on AI since it will make them goes facetanking attacks (No Vaseraga!!). Channeling skills like Rackam's Coffinmaker or Yoda's Empty Mist also should be avoided.

Team-wise, I used Zeta/Eugen and Narmaya for the Trophy. I do use maximized gears on them (Maxed Terminus, War Elemental + 3x Supplementary Damage) for each of them, also Glass Cannon on Narmaya and Eugen, Less is More on Zeta with the rest being the usual Awakening Sigils + 4 DMG Cap, 1 Tyranny 1 Stamina set up.
With this team, I could comfortably clearing Lucilius in 6-7 minutes (in-game timer) using Djeeta with Flight over Fight.
Personally I think it still boils down to luck however. Your AI could Perfect Dodge like 95% of the time, but some runs they dodge all the attacks perfectly and don't take any damage at all but some runs they die 6-7 times before even reaching Celestial Fusion. It actually took me over 20 or so runs before I finally got a "godroll" AIs perfect-dodging all of Lucilius' attacks.
You could also follow ChaosFred's advices to further lower the chance of your AI going down
If your problem is time however, it's either your AIs are too busy dodging (Lucilius' fast attacks force AIs to dodge a lot and they don't cancel the dodge animation) so you lose out on DPS, another 2 tips I could give are:
- During 12 Labors, actively try to clear it yourself instead of relying on the AIs during the first 8 Labors. AIs during this is another coin-flip, first of they could clear the Labors in record time, but usually, they tend to dodge backward and even in the middle of attacking, so they don't care if you're about to fail clearing the Labors, they will prioritize their dodging first. (Also you want to clear Labors as fast as possible for better time anyway)
- At 20%, Lucilius will enter Gophel Ark, a rather long attack with the timer still ticking down (Unlike Celestial Fusion and Final Rebellion where timer freezes), if you could, at 21%, trigger Link Time and/or have a Full Chain, or a way to get him down to 10% in which he won't cast it anymore and instead going to charge up The End, doing so will save you 20 seconds on the timer.
And finding an actual party that doesn't spam blue pots in the first 2 minutes seem impossible.
