does anyone have knowledge about possible mods in the future for this game? is it something in the works, i'm asking because i would like to do things like boss raids or maybe some cool skins for my characters.

If you're wanting new bosses, yeah no.
If you're wanting skins, there's a lot on Nexus mods.
Most are pretty cheap though, usually model swaps of characters from other anime games or something, and it's not like a new skin you can toggle like in-game right now, it overrides the currently existing skin.
