Missing Sandalphon Card in the shop
I am to the point in the game where I have unlocked maniac difficulty and in seiro's shop I have access to Seofon and Tweyen's Crewmate Cards but the card for Sandalphon is not there.

IIRC Sandalphon is unlocked by farming mats from Lucilius, so you might have to beat him first before it appears in the shop.
