What's the earliest when Seiro has Seofon/Tweyen?
Do the Special Crewmate Cards appear later in the story or right after finishing the main story?
and by "having them" I'm talking about the option to craft them with "Supreme Weapon Essence"

If I have to, I'll rush the story to get access to them, I don't want to play for 60+ hours and be in endgame just to unlock characters I want to play.

At that point, you'll only have a few endgame bosses left before there's nothing left to do which would defeat the purpose of wanting to main the characters.

And no, I don't want to pay $5 to unlock those characters early that I might end up not liking, plus it's scummy they even added something like that for people who want to play the characters as soon as possible.

If you wanna just unlock them theres one quest which is a wave type mission (" Gulp... so these are the rumored monsters") that drops the resources to get them but the drop rate is quite low, generally it is way better to wait till you unlock Behemoth ("Lock horns") so you can unlock and upgrade them fully.

The materials are not the problem for me, I can just give them to myself.
I just need to know when Seiro has the option to allow me to craft the Special Crewmate Cards themselves. I'm only on Chapter 4 atm though and the Treasure Tab only has 4 things that can be exchanged for.

DLC characters can be unlocked as soon as you reach the town for the first time. Unlike with the normal characters where you have to beat Furycane first, DLC characters are available as i said as soon as you reach town and talk to Siero, ofc, you are able to unlock them but you need the resources first, the only way to get them that early is by buying the DLC of said character in the Steam shop, go to downloadable content at Siero, get the items of the DLC you purchased, buy the special ticket for the character you want and then use the ticket to get the character.

Im guessin by "i can just give them to myself" you meant using a trainer or something along those lines to get the needed resources to buy the ticket, in that case that should also work.
