Superstar Nova is a horribly designed trophy

There are several reason why I think this trophy is kinda ♥♥♥♥♥♥.

1) The no items/critical/autorevive conditions extend to your party members as well. I've already been through several rounds of Lucy without triggering autorevive or using items, but then the teammates in my lobby are just absolutely horrendous at the game and die every 5 seconds or are spamming blue pots for link bar when you really don't need to in this fight. I shouldn't be penalized for my teammates triggering fail conditions. That's on them.

2) The AI don't seem to be ideal either. Now, I know I can avoid the need to deal with people bad at the game by relying on the AI who are really good at dodging and have amazing survivability. My main problem however is they aren't really consistent with this fight either. I've had a few AI runs where my party members get ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up by Luci a minute in, and it's not like they are underequipped, all of them have war elemental, maxed terminus weapons, 100% crit, personal sigils., max dmg cap, and other stuff like that. Plus, the way they operate during some of the labor objectives just feels jank. The part where I have to take an action on which color to attack first for 1--8 is fine, but for the first 4 labors specifically, their pathfinding is hit or miss too; sometimes they'll be adamant on getting tiles that are going the same direction as them, so I'm constantly at risk of having to redo a part of that phase.

i already got it solo btw, seems like skill issue to me.

i know i shouldn't be replying to this thread since you are just a nerd. if you're going to call to game out for whatever reason, do it in the review page.

Did you read the post? I literally said I've been able to get through several Luci rounds without having to use autorevive or items. I have the attack pattern and dodge timings down. Gitting gud is the least of my problems, it's the online teammates/AI that's screwing me.

Which AI are you using? I personally found Eugen, Rosetta, and Cagliostro to be able to survive no problem for several runs. I ended up using those three while playing as Charlotta to get the trophy. Only the first four labors I found to be a bit iffy, but I focused on getting the outer circles as the AI seemed to do fine with the inner ones.

My AI attempts had Rackam (me because I don't trust the AI with Collateral), Siegfried, Cagliostro, and Ferry. I also have Gran, Katalina, and Narmaya with maxed Terminus weapons. I'm guessing the ranged character AI are less likely to die?

My tip for whoever is trying to get the title with bots is removing their skills or most of their skills, most times my bots die are cause they were locked into a skill animation, and remember to give them Guts.

Your best bet is to just use AI and give them every defensive sigil you can and just try to do it, but you will most likely need to do it with your best DPS to do it as fast as possible
