Haven't played since before the new characters; do they have Terminus weapons?

They have no Terminus Weapons. Both of them get their Terminus weapon skills from sigils.

Wait huh? That's dumb, so we have to dedicate sigils to them that we otherwise wouldn't for the original characters. That's lame, so we just have less slots to play with?

Their Ascension Weapons have Supplementary Damage imbued at level 15 so you don't have to add a third one so it's surprisingly lenient. You just have to use some V+ sigils with traits you want (I know this is obvious but yea)

Are their Ascension weapons stronger?
They are missing a weapon then with passive stats and if I remember correctly, the ascension weapon, even fully mastered, has a lot less ATK?

Didn't check in after the update either, so I'm curious.

Haven't put in the effort to build either of the two new characters. But when it comes to dps parses, they run the average. Something in their offensive/defensive masteries make up for the loss of weapon masteries with their only two weapons

GBF's character balance is all over the place. Vaseraga and Charlotta deal far and away the most damage in the game and don't have to work hard to do it. Vaseraga just spams his XXYY combo over and over, and Charlotta with her new Warpath sigil just presses X over and over. Meanwhile, Seofon's damage comes from finishing his long combos while his Avatar is up. That's a lot of work to deal less damage than Vaseraga and Charlotta.

Neat, but Seofon has more endearing personality in his pinky than the entirety of Vaseraga's makeup. For some folk, that's all that matters. Like the way others care only about how much damage a character deals

Both new characters has higher stats from their masteries as replacement for lacking weapon masteries. Their base critical rate already at 80% from masteries alone so that 1 free sigil.

Yeah, it's like wth? Rosetta is a nightmare in Behemoth fight, especially with her warpath sigil. It's good but the flowers wilt double as fast is too much of a disadvantage. They didn't think about the balance of the addition of new sigil at all.
