If you determine it's providing no benefit for your specific character and build, then replace it with something useful.
I've been messing around with her lately and most things will hit the damage cap with Stamina level 16 (and 1 Alpha, 2 Gamma, OM with 20% skill cap and normal cap), however there's a few outlier things that won't show as hitting cap. For example, I've noticed the secondary slashes in the fully charged Dawnfly Zone Attack and Dawnfly Transient don't light up with the damage cap cross symbol and don't really stay consistent, but the final tick of damage occasionally hits its cap. Other things like Freeflutter Combo hits, full charged Setsuna, and Freeflutter Transient DO cap pretty easily with Stamina so I wouldn't worry too much there. If you're using Dance of Pink Petals you'll get an added 30% attack to close the cap more, if needed.
Also to state the obvious, Drain is very good on Narmaya if you're ever worried about your HP in relation to Stamina or just staying alive in general.
Some people run guts, other auto revive. But of course if you hit the damage camp anyway, the question is if you need stamina in the first place.
I am rarely looking up guides in discord or reddit, because a lot of them are ouright cheat builds. 3 times supplementary damage + with cooldown redution on hit? Yeah maybe after 4000 hours of gameplay or more. This is not a realistic build. Yeah it would be the best build but not a realistic one.
Also you didn't mention any relevant attack sigils you might be using beside Stamina or if you are just bullying helpless baby birds or endgame Behemoths.
I have Supp dmg V + with Cooldown Reduction but only have 1 , I put on Cagliostro AI and 1 ordinary supp dmg V , still searching the 2nd one , but i hope i got supp damage with Uplift for my narmaya
