My guy, you just swapped one infinity stone for the other..... Arguably a better deal too (unless substat is dog water.... in which case, condolences. orz )
That being said, sucks if you're melee and everyone just focusses the body. The amount required to max out ascension blows pretty hard too and overall it's seemingly just balanced around the new sigils which is fine in the long run and sucks in the beginning.*
Well the quest is called "lock horn" XD. But no, breaking it is not guaranteed drop. I just did 2 breaking it but no drop just so you know. I guess it has higher chance drop.
hmh, i did 30 runs 15 melee 15 ranged, 17 horns and 13 runs without one i guess that could be argued to be coincedence as for the latter.
I randomly have gotten 2 horns with them intact on melee but ye, not a great ratio :p
