"The Ultimate" achievement bugged

I know it's a known issue but, I'd like to share my side.
I have done the whole story A to Z in Ultimate, and didn't unlock it like many, but I noticed in the ingame trophy, "Above and beyond" is at 40/41, as if I missed one

The thing is, I've checked multiple time, and all 41 says "clear"

I also have the "Reminescence" one bugged but I know this one should be fixed
Are the devs planning to fix The Ultimate as well at some point ?

Yeah I've seen that, there no mention of the ultimate achievement/trophy though, I don't think the problem they are talking about with chapters has to do with it

Oh well hopefully it get fixed as well
