At blacksmith it will automatically ask you to sell them.

blacksmith - sell (when you have them a pop up screen appears after you click sell showing all the glitter stones to sell, if you have 0 in your inventory, instead the screen changes to your inventory incase you want to sell other stuff for gold, incase you are short for an upgrade or something)
