Afraid to sell important sigils, keep restarting
Hey all,

I keep restarting the game because I'm afraid that I sold unique one time sigils. Does somebody know which sigils are unique and I should lock?

Alright, do you get a confirmation when trying to sell those rarities? I saw the message one time, but I don't know for which rarity it triggers

Everything is relatively easy to get. I got a sea of V-s. The only 2 sigils that are super rare and important in late game are war elemental and supplemental damage. You only get them from curios which is a late game mechanic. I wouldn't worry about sigils too much while you are progressing. Just add whatever you have, if you see yellow outline around the dmg numbers you hit the dmg cap. Then you need dmg cap sigils to uncap it.

Off the top of my head the only sigils that i havent seen obtainable multiple times are the character specific double sigils ("sthsth awakening" so "heros awakening" for example) that you get from the transmute system that unlocks very late in the postgame and the crabby sigil (not sure what its called ingame, the one that gives a buff scaling with the number of these weird crabs that you collect in the story - its not actually a sigil that anyone uses - might be required for some achievement or sth - its acquired early on in the story from a sidequest).

Not sure if the shop sigils like the stout heart one restock, never bought them. The character specific sigils you can buy in the shop are just worse versions of the sigils you can get from transmuting.

Everything else that can drop can drop again.

Theres a lock feature for sigils just like for equipment in Nioh 2 so just lock them when you get them

The only IV tier I keep is supplementary damage IV+ which is from curio and have a 2nd trait which is good for everyone. I have 6 war elemental, 5 berserker V, 4 glass cannon V, 2 supplementary damage V (this is without 2nd trait), 1 supplementary damage IV+, 1 flight to fight V+, 3 potent greens V. All these are so-called rare sigils from curios and a representation of the % chance in my own playtime, not the % chance of entire playerbase.
